What happens if my opponent doesn't show up?
Five minutes after a match is found, if either player does not join, the match is immediately cancelled.
What do I do after I finished my match?
Once the match has concluded, the losing player has to report their loss in game-result. You may call a judge if your opponent does not comply.
If I have technical problems or a ruling issue, what can I do?
For any problem you encounter you can either call a judge or open a support ticket. If you cannot join your assigned table, click the recreate room button. Doing so will delete the current table and create a new one, for you to join.
What happens if I disconnect during my match?
If you disconnect from the ongoing match for any reason and do not rejoin within 3 minutes, you are automatically given a match loss. But if both players disconnect before finishing the match, a double loss is issued.
What format is played in TCG Online Ranked?
TCG Online Ranked is played best-of-3 with no time limit. We always play with the Forbidden & Limited List currently in effect. Additionally, some cards are forbidden specifically for remote duel. See rule-set Discord Channel for the full list.
Can I use proxies?
Proxy cards of any kind or cards printed in the OCG are not allowed in TCG Online Ranked.
What does Recreate Room mean?
There is a bug in the Discord API that sometimes prevents players from joining their assigned table. Whenever you encounter this problem you can click the recreate room button to delete the current table and create a new one.
Are Remote Locals and Remote Ranked related?
No, they are completely independent. You do not gain elo for playing Locals and it does not affect your standing in TCG Online Ranked.
